Kestrel hunting – Staines Moor

Finally managed to get outside with something other than a wide angle on the camera!  We took a little trip to Staines Moor yesterday to have a look for a short eared owl, no pics of those unfortunately but did spend a good hour watching this kestrel hunting

  1. I love my wide angle lens (Nikon 10-24) but recently all my camera have seen is the Nikon AF 50mm f1.4D. I want to buy a nice telelens in the future, because shooting photos like this one of you surely is wonderful!

    Great work!

And sometimes watching is just as wonderful as photographing 🙂

Have a lovely Sunday and kind regards,
    Tieme
